Architecture deals with the smallest scale of a city like district, to the smallest unit of a district like neighborhood and sometimes even with the smallest part of the neighborhood, the lounge, the kitchen or the room. The intervention scale and the performance scope of an architect is mostly defined to create palpable spaces with human scale. In architecture, the relationship in a family is consider together. In fact, it is the smallest unit of a society neighborhood in a small space, but with a very high spatial independence. The role of an architect is the spatial arrangement of these people together regarding the privacy of each one of them.

Urbanism is in a different scale and is in relation with community which in urban scale is about several neighborhoods consisting several humans. In fact, from public point of view, urbanism is defined in relation with culture and collective behavior. The smallest unit of urbanism can be considered as one district that includes several neighborhood. Urbanism considers mass communication, performance, daily activities, commuting and leisure time and plans and designs for them. Dimensions and scale of urbanism compile in spatial zoning and comprehensive plans of civil society. Urbanism works in planning and design areas which each part assumes some responsibility of urbanism. Urban planning manages the layout and the relationships between the components of the city and urban design make up the environmental planning, spatial proportions, urban aesthetic elements, relationship between humans and the natural or man-made environment.
